So, in honor of that, here's another meme! Stolen from adesso:
+Comment here and I'll pick one of your LJ interests and draw a picture using the mighty MS Paint.
+You have no say in what I draw for you, or in how much it will suck!
Also there is this (because it's popped up on the flist a bunch of times now):
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next 3 sentences on your blog along with these instructions.
5. Don't you dare dig for that "cool" or "intellectual" book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is closest.
I presently recognised it as that of Usher. In an instant afterwards he rapped, with a gentle touch, at my door, and entered, bearing a lamp. His countenance was, as usual, cadaverously wan — but there was a species of mad hilarity in his eyes — an evidently restrained hysteria in his whole demeanor.
"Fall of the House of Usher", by Poe, as it appeared in an anthology, The Treasury of the Fantastic: Romanticism to Early Twentieth Century Literature, edited by David Sandner & Jacob Weisman. It just came in the mail today. Bought it for a dollar. *loves Amazon marketplace* :D
